Restaurateurs asked Flosski to create a glamorous black and gold interior inspired by Armani's restaurant where they had worked in Italy. The place received a cocooning, sensual makeover replete with a sinuous mural and organic, metallic lights. Local craftsmen were employed to create dark salvaged timber tables and a unique biscotti coloured banquette. The restaurant unfortunately closed during COVID lock-downs.
A 1930s dilapidated cottage perched high in the Yarra Ranges was in need of a sustainable renovation and colourful furnishings. Undertaken over a couple of years, the focus was on second-hand elements and affordable detailing such as paint for walls, floors and tiles!
